Agenda
1) Review DUG agenda - the EVA section does not have a presenter
Have breakouts focus more on what the DUG can bring as opposed to showcasing.
Amber to check in with DataUp team about whether it is running of a DataONE API and the status - email Carly, John, Trisha and cc Matt, Dave and Rebecca.

First day - opportunity to give the DUG a voice.  Second day - showcase DataONE

Combine Governance with Outreach breakouts?  Make the breakouts 3 hour sessions that run before and after lunch.

Have Governance material in plenary.

Cover broad communication during Outreach session.

2) Review status of presentations and necessary actions
Invite John Kunze to come and present on archiving and preservation - the DataONE way.  
As Bill to do the EVA presentation.

3) Identify needs to be addressed during the business meeting (if any)
Membership discussion.  No modifications to the Charter.
Discussion on how best to engage the DUG between meetings.


4) Review meeting logistics and determine needs
44 registered participants.  3 breakouts needed on Day 1, none on Day 2.
Usability testing requires 2 laptops in relatively quite space for sound recording.
Sticky doo kits required.  Internet and powerpoint critical.
