Dave:
- New epad instance: epad-2.dataone.org (don't use that domain name, it will be switched to epad.datoane.org, old etherpads will )

Matt:Prov group using github, DataONE team (if not on it, let Matt know to be added)

Mark:
Doodle poll (http://doodle.com/fcthfwhcthduyr9b) for Release Management Procedures either this Thurs or early next week (Mon or Tues) - still need folks to enter their best times in the poll.

Chris:

• Working on ORNL Mercury schema support in stage, then production

- Issues with OIT migrating VMs to do some maintenance but hadn't put them back where they belonged; David adding mechanisms to monitor things like this to ensure smooth transitions when things are moved about
- Security updates (?) at the ORC, some will require restarts
- Splunk inputs had been causing problems, fixes made, working on rolling this back out to prod

Skye:
    CCI 1.4
        Regression tested on sandbox
            ~2 million log events on system with 5k objects
            (prev regression testing in sandbox showed 3.5 million log events for 5k objects)
        Ready to deploy into stage
        Release Notes added to wiki page
        MPC content
            ORE: Identifiers with no 'documents/documentedBy' relationships do not appear in data structure created by foresite parser encapsulation - https://redmine.dataone.org/issues/6369

Release Management Procedures
    To help streamline forward planning of releases:
    Release backlog - issues that are complete but not released and how to schedule next release features. Release Backlog is a 'Target Version'
    'Target version' has traditionally been our Sprint Blocks.
    Look into enabling "releases" feature in backlogs http://www.redminebacklogs.net/topics/releases.html
    Open up redmine for administrative tasks.

    'Product Version' is open text field - allows new product versions to be added ad hoc (Should we consider this the CCI Release Version (Major + Minor + Patch), or the version number of the software product to be released. What is the product version of data corrections?)
    'Milestones' have been CCI Major + Minor release goals, or other significant goals to reach.
    Action: Mark will work with Dave to schedule a meeting to discuss above (target sometime week of 9/8)
